T35 Industrial Axial fanFunction T35 are widely used in factories, warehouse, office, and home, and can be used as fans when remove the cane , and can also be connected in long pipes to improve the pressure. T35 series fanscan be dividedinto 13 specifications according to the impeller diameter, they are No 2.8;No 3,15;NO 3.55;NO 4,NO 4.5 ;NO 5;NO 5.6;NO 6.3;NO 7.1;NO8;NO 9;NO 10,NO 11.2,and each type of vane can be mounted by 15°, 20°, 25°, 30°, 35°. T35 series fans adopts direct driving by motors . When Circumference speed of fans do not exceed 60m/s ,there are 3 kinds of speed:2900,1450,960r/min. It is counterclockwise saw at the inlet parts. The air volume and the pressure differ according to the impeller diameter, the mounting angle and the spindle speed. The gas through the fans should be non-corrosive and no dust ,the temperature cannot extend 60°C,the blower consist of impeller ,cane, dust collector. Impeller: consist of impeller and hub, they are made of steel. Cane: consist of air duct and supporting base , made of steel . Dust collector: consist of dust collector and flange .the shape is Arc streamlined, which can induce the loss of air. Mounting operation and maintain(1)Mounting Detailed examination of the fan should be madebefore installing it because of packaging, shipping damage, if damaged, to be repaired before the installation. Note that whether exists any loose between connection parts. The gap between Vane and Hair Dryers should be uniform, not collide. The inlet air device set must be installed on the fans, it is the best to install protective wire. After installation, the machines can be used only it was examined. (2)Operation When usingT35-type axial flow fan,the pipe connection methods must be considered when it is linked with connection pipe to reduce damage caused by diffusion. (3)Maintain The air must be clear and dry, not with Impurities and steam.The fans cannot be lifted, and the machines must be examined to confirm that whether it is firmed after a long time.If there are any problems, the fans should be examined immediately.ApplicationWhen using the T35 axial fan ,if it is connected with pipe at the out let parts ,the connection mode must be considered to induce the loss .(1) When the pipe diameter equals to the air duct ,the loss can be ignored . (2) If FMP/F1≤1.5, The pipe length does not 5 times lower than the diameter pipeline,the fan diffuser may not be mounted. (3) If1.5≤ FMP/F1≤2.5, the pipe and the axial fan should be mounted with the following fan diffuser (4) If FMP/F1≥2, the pipe and the axial fan should be mounted with the following fan diffuser. 2. If the axial fan is used in the long exhausting pipe, the axial fan can be mounted by series connection as the following to improve the pressure, but the distance cannot be too far.
